Temporary Bliss: Dead Inside #1 – Blurb and Cover reveal

Since I suppose all of you are curious as to what the book might be about, I’ve written a short description of the book. Fair enough, it might not tell you much. I mean, it might not tell you anything at all, but you all know how I’m not big on spoilers and that I could talk about a book without actually doing that. You all know that too well. So why would my book be any different? I’m kidding. I’ll promise I’ll give you more details about the series in a new post, in which I will approach the topic of how my main character, Alex, came to life and why I started writing Temporary Bliss.

Book description: 

Pain and heartbreak. Tears and blood. Life’s never been easy for Alex. Pushed to become a male prostitute and also having to deal with trauma and abuse in the relationship with his boyfriend, doesn’t help a 19-year-old stay sane. In his struggle and desperation to get out of that toxic environment, he soon finds himself in the middle of something much worse.

Caught between two powerful Russian organizations, a broken man and his abusive lover, Alex has to make a decision and he must choose quickly. But when he starts spiraling out of control, the lines between life and death begin to blur and his steps seem to take him towards what might very well be his end.

Now back on track. Temporary Bliss: Dead Inside is almost finished. I am in the process of editing it and I still have to write two or three more chapters to complete the story, but there is that.

I don’t have a fixed release date at the moment, since it all depends on how fast I’ll be done with the editing and the eventual modifications after I send the books to the beta readers (since we’re speaking of that, anyone interested?). But the big plan is to have the book published in October, however, like I said, that date is not fixed.

I plan to self-publish, if that wasn’t clear until now and preferred choice will be Kindle Direct Publishing. Obviously, the book will also be available on Kindle Unlimited for three months or so. After that, well that’s too far ahead into the future and I still haven’t published the book yet. We shall see.
